Senior Director, Digital Operations

The Coca‑Cola Company is evolving into a more digital‑first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end‑to‑end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain‑based, product‑centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Digital Operations plays a key role in advancing Coca‑Cola’s digital transformation by enabling the effective operation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology capabilities across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing technology platforms, processes, and data ecosystems operate seamlessly to support data‑driven, personalized, and scalable marketing execution.

Operating within a product‑centric digital model, this role partners closely with marketing, digital product, data, and technology teams to translate enterprise transformation priorities into reliable and high‑performing marketing operations. The Senior Director will focus on integrating platforms, improving workflows, and embedding analytics and automation into marketing processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and business outcomes.

This role requires a strong combination of operational leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure marketing technology investments deliver measurable value. The Senior Director will help modernize marketing operations through data, automation, and artificial intelligence while ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, governance, and global standards.

The Senior Director will also serve as the operational anchor for media technology management, ensuring that paid, owned, and earned media platforms are seamlessly integrated within the broader marketing technology ecosystem to drive coordinated, data-driven campaign execution.

This role will work in close partnership with media and agency teams to embed media operations governance, performance measurement, and ad tech infrastructure management as core capabilities within the digital operations function.

What You will do for us

  • Proven experience managing media technology operations, including paid media platforms, programmatic ecosystems, ad tech infrastructure, and media data integrations, with a strong understanding of digital media taxonomies, identity resolution frameworks, and cross-channel attribution at enterprise scale.

  • Familiarity with the evolving media landscape, including clean room technologies, cookieless targeting approaches, and AI-driven media optimization tools, combined with demonstrated ability to partner with media agencies, brand teams, and internal stakeholders to operationalize data-driven media planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
