Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution for CTV supply procurement, targeting top-tier publishers, broadcasters, and media distributors.
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with key CTV players, including OEMs, streaming platforms, and media companies.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new CTV partners, ensuring seamless integrations and long-term value creation.
- Own and expand relationships with supply partners through a land-and-expand approach—unlocking additional inventory, formats, or collaboration opportunities over time.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including deal structures, revenue models, and contractual terms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring thought leadership to the table, helping inform internal decision-making and partner strategy.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, CTV, or ad tech, with a strong emphasis on CTV supply partnerships.
- Deep industry relationships with Tier 1 CTV publishers, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to source, sign, and grow CTV supply deals with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how CTV supply integrates into SSPs and ad tech platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
