Amplify is a dynamic team within Advanced Product Ventures, dedicated to the rapid development and validation of innovative, technology-driven footwear solutions. Operating with a flexible and agile approach, Amplify leverages a streamlined internal structure and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Nike to drive prototype creation and breakthrough product innovation.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In close partnership with the GM, this role designs and implements the commercial operating model required to scale Amplify responsibly within Nike. The role unifies product portfolio strategy, marketing, sales, athlete* experience, and enterprise integration—while protecting the autonomy and speed required for a tech‑forward start‑up to thrive inside a large enterprise.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated success across product innovation, strategy, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex change management initiatives.
- Expertise in developing and communicating clear, actionable strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- Track record of successfully implementing strategies that drive growth, efficiency, or innovation.

- Product development strategy: Set the long‑term vision for portfolio expansion, including product lifecycle management, new product introduction, pricing strategies, and feature sets. Ground decisions in a deep understanding of athlete* needs, market and competitive insights, and clear product‑market fit.
- Sales: Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive profitable growth and market share. Identify and activate the right distribution channels and partners. Analyze global market dynamics to prioritize Geo rollout plans and sequencing.
- Marketing: Build and deliver a distinctive brand identity. Lead retail, digital, and event‑based activations, and establish a compelling online and social media presence that fuels demand and credibility.
- Athlete* experience: Obsess the premium, end‑to‑end experience required to launch a disruptive new product. Deliver best‑in‑class trialing opportunities, premium sales and onboarding, and differentiated after‑sales service and support.
- Business integration: Ensure Amplify elevates the Nike brand wherever possible—leveraging enterprise resources where they add value and operating independently where speed and focus matter most. Create a repeatable template for future Advanced Product
