Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Associate Communications and Content Center Lead, this individual partners with a diverse set of stakeholders to create communications that engage associates, strengthen culture, and help successfully drive the growth and transformation of the entire enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, develop and deliver internal communications that inform, engage and strengthen culture and help associates understand how their work connects to the business strategy.
- Create written, video, audio, and visual content that advances strategy and engages associates.
- Manage leadership communications, internal newsletters, associate townhalls, etc.
- Understand business needs and developments and counsel business partners on effective internal communication approaches; proactively raise creative, innovative communication solutions and best practices.
- Determine how to effectively use a mix of internal communication channels to deliver strategic, simple, impactful, attention-grabbing messages to associates.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from business partners on communications materials.
- Maintain internal communications plans and calendars to ensure aligned and coordinated deployment of messages.
- Track and evaluate internal communications metrics and associate feedback on communications and evolve and continuously improve plans based on this information.
- Partner closely with peers who manage other internal communications for the enterprise and other business areas to ensure consistent, coordinated messaging across the company.
- Ensure key enterprise initiatives and messages are reinforced through the business area’s internal communication channels.
- Partner with external communications and media relations team members to ensure coordinated and consistent internal and external messaging.
- Ability to occasionally work unpredictable hours, when necessary, based on communication needs.
- Some travel required for this role (approximately 5-10%).

- Excellent writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex business and financial information in a simple, engaging and compelling way
- Creative and innovative approach to communications plus up-to-date knowledge on current communication technologies
- Business acumen and knowledge of the financial services industry
- Strong interest in and understanding of enterprise and advanced technology, such as AI, or a strong desire to learn
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies that support major organizational changes and transformation
- Organized, deadline driven, flexible and capable of delivering results on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can quickly assess and interpret facts and trends to develop and synthesize key messages into a variety of communications materials
- Ability to interact effectively with leaders and provide proactive, strategic communications counsel
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
- Experience successfully navigating a large, complex, matrixed organization

Base Pay Range: $131,300/yr. - $190,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
