We also work with premium publishers, helping monetize their ad inventory. With high performing, customized ad formats including native, interstitial and pre-roll and mid-roll, Jio Ads helps drive revenue across all publisher platforms. With our powerful technology and insights, led locally by our Indian technology and product team, we are able to meet specific business and growth needs of advertisers and publishers effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead senior relationships with agency leadership including CEOs, Group Heads, and Investment Leads
- Define and drive the overall agency strategy, including prioritization of key agency groups and growth of share of wallet
- Establish the organization as a preferred and trusted media partner within the agency ecosystem
- Own and deliver agency-led revenue targets aligned with broader business objectives
- Drive high-value, multi-brand and multi-market partnerships and deals
- Lead annual trading agreements and strategic negotiations where applicable
- Ensure robust pipeline creation and conversion through strong agency engagement
- Partner closely with Client Partners and National Sales Directors to drive seamless deal closure and execution
- Translate agency relationships and opportunities into actionable business briefs
- Ensure continuity and alignment from agency engagement through to final deal closure
- Lead agency-facing initiatives including roadshows, workshops, and thought leadership forums
- Drive awareness, consideration, and preference for the organization across agency networks
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key agency partners
- Drive pipeline visibility, conversion tracking, and performance accountability
- Ensure strong governance across agency relationships and internal stakeholder teams

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Preferably an MBA with 12–15 years of experience across leading media agencies or digital/media sales, with deep and demonstrable agency engagement
- Strong, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across top agency networks (e.g., GroupM, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu)
- Proven ability to originate, structure, and scale high-value partnerships, with a consistent track record of delivering significant revenue impact
- Deep expertise in agency planning, buying, and decision-making dynamics, with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels
- Strategic, commercially astute leader with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
