  • Guide teams in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next with a strong bias toward action
  • Ensure reporting tells a clear story that connects channel performance to client business results
  • Oversee account health, resourcing and delivery, proactively mitigating risks and stepping in to unblock work or reset direction when needed
  • Lead and develop Account Directors and Managers, raising standards whilst staying hands on when needed

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account services, or integrated growth roles within an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing and growing complex, multichannel client relationships with a strong focus on performance outcomes

  • Not a day to day platform operator, but highly fluent in platform mechanics, optimization levers, and performance drivers
  • Experience working in integrated environments that include media, creative, and analytics functions
  • Comfortable operating in both strategy and execution, willing to get into the details and ensure work is done right
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
