Job Description
o Determine and define project scope and objectives
o Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
o Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
o Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
o Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
o Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
o Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
o Operational role without involvement in project budgeting and cost management.
o Able to work with cross functional teams and build timelines accordingly
o Able to analyze the creatives and make decisions to brief creative team on the changes internally
Qualifications
At least 7 years of working experience in similar role
o Capable to work in fast-paced projects and environment
o Liaison with Digital Creative team to create mock ups/visuals/copywriting for digital campaigns deliverables (covers Display Ads, Landing Page, EDM, and etc.)
o Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)
o Strong understanding on creative to technical workflow
o Experience in Dynamic Creative Optimisation
o Detailed oriented
o Strong client servicing skills
o Proven ability to solve problems creatively
o Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
o Excellent analytical skills
o Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
o Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
o Experience in managing a team of Junior Digital Project Managers or similar role
Additional Information
o Experience in running projects in inter-departments/companies
o Experience in handling projects related to Adobe Experience Manager. Website updates/Landing page build.
o Experience in managing Telco clients.
