What you will do

The NA E2E Analytics team is seeking a Senior Digital Product Specialist to lead the identification, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve service, reduce cost, optimize inventory, and increase operational effectiveness across the North America supply chain.

This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain and Data & Analytics. You will act as both a product owner and strategic advisor, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver scalable analytical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will own analytics products throughout the full lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, technical depth, stakeholder management, and a passion for transforming how organizations make decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.

  • Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.

  • Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using modern data and visualization platforms.

  • Apply Agile ways of working to prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics capabilities.

  • Drive process improvement, automation, and simplification opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain.

  • Communicate complex data and insights through clear, actionable storytelling and visualization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support major business and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Stay current with emerging analytics, AI, and digital technologies to identify new opportunities for business value.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or a related discipline.

  • Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.

  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, demonstrated experience using Databricks to transform and automate data processing.

Preferred:
  • Project Management/leadership experience

  • E2E Supply Chain, Plan, or Make experience

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$105,400.00 - $148,800.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
