We are looking for a Senior Digital PR Specialist to lead and execute high-impact digital PR campaigns for TAC Universe and its clients. This role is hands-on, network-driven, and client-facing, focused on influencers, UGC, digital magazines, and supplier management, with clear ownership of performance KPIs and reporting.
This is a senior execution role for someone who knows how digital PR really works in the market, has strong relationships, and can turn visibility into measurable value.

1. Digital PR Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and manage digital PR campaigns across influencers, UGC creators, and digital media platforms.
• Handle end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, rollout, coordination, follow-ups, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, timelines, and budgets.
2. Influencers, UGC & Digital Media
• Build, maintain, and activate a strong network of influencers, creators, and digital publications (D-Magazines).
• Lead influencer sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and content delivery.
• Manage UGC campaigns and long-term influencer/ambassador programs.
• Ensure content quality, brand safety, and platform relevance.
3. Supplier & Partner Management
• Manage relationships with PR suppliers, influencers, creators, media platforms, and production partners.
• Negotiate rates, manage deliverables, and ensure value optimization across all collaborations.
• Maintain an updated database of trusted suppliers and partners.
4. Client-Facing Communication
• Act as a direct point of contact with clients for all digital PR-related campaigns.
• Present plans, timelines, and results clearly and confidently.
• Advise clients on influencer strategy, content formats, and digital PR best practices.
5. Reporting, KPIs & Performance Tracking
• Own campaign reporting with clear KPIs (reach, engagement, content delivery, value equivalency, brand impact, etc.).
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure transparency, accuracy, and professionalism in all reports.
Requirements
• 4–6+ years of experience in Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, or Communications (agency experience is a strong plus).
• Proven hands-on experience managing influencers, UGC campaigns, and digital media placements.
• Strong existing network of creators, influencers, and digital platforms.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance KPIs.
Skills Required
- 4-6+ years of experience in Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, or Communications
- Proven hands-on experience managing influencers, UGC campaigns, and digital media placements
