The Job:

• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across platforms like SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Managing online brand presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and content creation.
• Planning and executing online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital channels.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools to assess KPIs and ROI, making adjustments to optimize performance.
• Collaborating with content and creative teams to ensure digital campaigns align with brand voice and goals.
• Managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Staying updated on digital marketing trends and competitors' strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Budget management for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and high return on investment.
• Engaging with the online community and fostering audience interaction through community-building efforts and influencer collaborations.
• Reporting on performance metrics and presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
• Handling ad hoc projects and initiatives by addressing urgent needs or opportunities as they arise.

The Person:

• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• At least 4 years of proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
