The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will own and continuously develop TOTEME’s digital design across e-commerce channels, with a particular focus on the website, newsletters, and performance marketing. You will translate creative and commercial direction into compelling digital experiences that strengthen the brand expression and customer experience.

You will report to the Acting Head of Digital Trading and work closely with the E-commerce, Creative, Content, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the visual expression, layouts, and templates of toteme.com.

• Own and evolve newsletter design, introducing new layouts, formats, and visual improvements.

• Develop creative assets for performance marketing, introducing more dynamic, engaging, and varied formats.

• Translate creative direction into digital concepts and executions across the website, app, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.

• Develop new digital layouts, content formats, and interactions beyond existing templates.

• Collaborate with Content and Editorial to translate campaigns, collections, and product stories into compelling digital experiences.

• Lead digital design for seasonal and commercial launches, from concept through execution.

• Partner with Product and Development on user experience (UX), functionality, implementation, and quality assurance.

• Use customer behavior, performance insights, and digital best practices to continuously improve design and maintain consistency across channels.

Your Profile

• Several years of relevant experience in digital design, preferably within fashion, luxury, e-commerce, or another design-led environment.

• Proven experience independently developing digital concepts, visual formats, and templates across websites, newsletters, and digital marketing channels.

• Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, imagery, motion, and responsive design, with advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Good understanding of UX, user interface (UI) design, e-commerce, and digital customer journeys, with experience collaborating with developers on implementation.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office starting upon agreement.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
