Our hybrid work style (2-3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. And it’s flexible enough to give you the space to do your best work.
Mission and Goals
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Digital Designer to join our fun, diverse, and dynamic CSM Design team at Gen. In this role, you’ll create innovative digital assets that drive business growth while ensuring a great user experience. Your focus will be on designing beautiful, engaging assets and impactful campaigns across our product ecosystem.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, development and other teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals. We operate at the intersection of marketing and product, focusing on user-centered solutions that boost engagement and support our growth.
Objectives

Design for multiple brands and channels, including mobile, ensuring cohesive communication, branding and UX across touchpoints

Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation, and critique sessions
-
Contribute to UX research and user testing efforts to validate decisions

Stay updated on design trends, user behavior research, and technologies to continuously improve our work

Mentor other designers, lead by example, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team members are accountable for their contributions

Provide and receive constructive feedback to drive improvement
-
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work on time
Competencies
-
5+ years of digital design experience, with a focus on marketing and UX
-
Strong problem-solving skills combined with a creative, detail-oriented approach
-
Experience in designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces
-
Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly to any level in the company
-
Adaptable and open to refining designs based on feedback
-
High standards of design quality, empathy, integrity, and independence
-
Ability to lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and hold team members accountable for their contributions

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different time zones.

Comfortable working in an agile environment with tight deadlines
Nice to have:

Knowledge of A/B testing, growth strategies and data-driven design

Experience creating and updating design systems

Basic front-end development understanding

Experience with localization and designing for global audiences

Familiarity with advertising principles and strategies
