Lead model coordination efforts using tools such as ACC Model Coordination and Navisworks, including clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution workflows. Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews to identify coordination risks, constructability concerns, and information gaps.

Compile and manage discipline models and drawings received from external consultants and stakeholders, ensuring accurate integration into federated project models and timely distribution to internal teams.

Collaboration and Common Data Environment Management

Organize and facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and documented follow up. Serve as a technical liaison between disciplines to resolve coordination challenges and align modeling approaches.

Administer and manage Common Data Environments, ensuring proper organization of project data, models, and documentation. Maintain controlled access to digital assets, standards, and reference materials to support efficient collaboration and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
