Senior Digital Analyst, Corporate Performance Management (OneStream)

Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. 
• Travel Expectations: Up to 20%

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy to execution.
• Work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients.
• Assist in executing full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
• Help train and delegate work to consulting analysts, while providing status updates to Managers and Directors.
• Experience working for a consulting firm and/or in the professional services industry
• Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
• Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering;
• 3+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience
• Experience designing and developing Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Integrations, Member Formulas, XFBR rules, business rules, Workflows, and core metadata structure
