We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring top-notch security and efficiency in processes. Collaborate with clients, guiding in the design and execution of Kubernetes or Docker solutions. Take a leading role in constructing CI/CD pipelines, driving the efficient delivery of software updates. Responsible for championing the GitOps principles for software delivery.

What we are looking for:

  • 6-8 years of hands-on relevant experience
  • 5-6 years' experience with Kubernetes or docker
  • AI/ML model development experience
  • Experience with cloud systems and architectures (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)
  • Ability to master new technologies and gain an expert-level understanding of the latest approaches (auto-scaled cloud-based systems, serverless architectures, cloud/on-premises hybrid solutions)
  • Expert-level knowledge with packaging and securing applications as containers and working in Kubernetes
  • Experience with AKS, EKS, Rancher, OCP, K3D, or K3S
  • Subject-matter expert in DevSecOps methodologies
  • Skillset capable of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large enterprise that consists of hundreds of applications
  • Experience developing software with Java, Spring Framework, JBoss, Python, JavaScript, node.js, and/or Angular
  • Familiar with microservice architectures (REST, JMS, AMQP)
  • Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Bash and Python, etc.)
  • Ability to work on high performing teams supporting multiple projects and personnel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Highly preferred:

  • Experience with Isito is a plus
  • Proficiency in writing custom Helm Charts
  • Experience with Big Data platforms like Kafka or Hadoop
  • Advanced programming skills in multiple languages
  • Certifications such as CKA or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

Clearance Requirements:

  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Work Type: 

  • Remote
  • May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range:

  • $110,000 - $180,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
