We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior DevOps Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our infrastructure and operations. In this role, you will focus on automating new services, improving existing solutions, and collaborating with other teams to understand their automation needs. You will play a key part in maintaining and evolving our infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will spend time on:
Automation:
-
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for new and existing services.

Continuously enhance our automation processes, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.

Utilize tools like Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Collaboration:
-
Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions that meet their needs.

Ensuring operational excellence of your services / applications.
-
Collaborating and sharing knowledge with others across the group.

Exhibiting passion and showing commitment to drive change.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Security:
-
Implement and manage security best practices using tools like HashiCorp Vault.

Ensure all automated solutions and infrastructure deployments comply with security standards.
Version Control and CI/CD:
-
Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Programming:
-
Write and maintain scripts and tools using Python to support automation and infrastructure management tasks.
We are looking for these skills:
Technical Skills:

Strong experience with automation tools, particularly Ansible.

Proficient in Git and GitLab for version control and CI/CD.

Solid understanding of AWS services, including EKS and EKS Anywhere.

Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service) and EKS Anywhere.

Experience managing on-premises infrastructure.

Familiarity with Rancher for managing Kubernetes clusters.

Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
-
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Experience working with REST APIs for integration and automation tasks.
