    About the Role:

    A DevOps Engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations by automating, optimizing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support software delivery. The role focuses on improving system reliability, scalability, and performance, while enabling faster, more secure, and more consistent deployments.

    Responsibilities:
    • Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices.

    • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

    • Manage and provision infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

    • Automate and monitor deployments in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

    • Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

    • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and availability.

    • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes.

    • Ensure security, compliance, and high availability across environments.

    Candidate Requirements:
    • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or similar.

    • Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.

    • Adaptable to evolving DevOps trends and team processes.

    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    • Willingness to take ownership and collaborate with both developers and IT
