We are seeking a to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
What is this position about?
We are seeking a Senior DevOps to support and execute critical infrastructure initiatives. This role will focus on reducing technical debt, supporting cloud migrations, improving disaster recovery, and optimizing DevOps pipelines for backend services. The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in AWS infrastructure (EKS, ECS, SNS/SQS), Terraform, and scripting, and able to drive key architectural decisions with minimal oversight.
Job Description- Lead and execute the migration of GitLab Runners to new infrastructure.
- Support Kafka deprecation/migration, moving 3 microservices to SNS/SQS.
- Participate in infrastructure planning sessions to determine the best approach for pending migrations and tech debt reduction.
- Finalize and clean up the EKS to ECS migration (already underway in Dev).
- Improve disaster recovery processes, particularly for Tier 2/3 applications.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable configurations.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including EKS, ECS, SNS, SQS
- Familiarity with Kafka, including service replacement or migration strategies
- Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Runner configurations
- Ability to write or convert scripts (e.g., PowerShell to GraphQL APIs)
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving environments and collaborating across teams
- Previous experience working on SaaS integrations or implementations is a nice to have.
- Experience in incident management or disaster recovery planning is desired.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have?
In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
