Role Purpose:

DevOps engineers are the backbone of reliable software delivery. You're the guardian of our infrastructure and the champion of seamless deployments. You're responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly and our developers deploying confidently. You work to automate everything that can be automated and monitor everything that matters. We're looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer who is a sharp and strong team player – every one of us contributes to each customer's success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that developers love using
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting that actually helps
• Automate deployment processes and reduce manual toil
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable releases
• Keep security best practices at the forefront of everything
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures
• Create documentation that your future self and teammates will thank you for
• Stay current with DevOps tools and cloud technologies

Requirements:

We care that you love automating and scaling production systems more than about your current tool experience.

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Flexibility is essential, and rigidity is challenging
• You have managed infrastructure for large web applications and understand what keeps them running
• You have deep experience with cloud platforms and understand distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues
• Experience with containerization and orchestration
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on pipeline experience
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
