- Maintain and evolve Terraform modules across core services.
- Enhance GitHub Actions and GitLab CI pipelines with policy-as-code integrations.
- Automate Kubernetes secret management and migrate from shared init containers to native methods.
- Review and deploy Helm charts for service releases. Own rollback reliability.
- Track and resolve environment drift. Automate consistency checks between environments.
- Drive incident response tooling (Datadog + PagerDuty) and participate in post-incident reviews.
- Assist in cost-optimization efforts through resource sizing reviews.
- Implement and monitor standardized SLA/SLO targets for key services.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and infrastructure module design.
- Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters (preferably on GKE).
- Demonstrable expertise in CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm-based deployments).
- Proficient in securing cloud-native environments and integrating with secret management solutions such as Google Secret Manager or HashiCorp Vault.
- Hands-on experience in observability tooling, especially with Datadog.
- Strong grasp of GCP networking, service configurations, and container workload security.
- Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives, work cross-functionally, and manage infrastructure roadmaps.
- Background in implementing GitOps and automated infrastructure policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with service mesh, workload identity, and multi-cluster deployments.
- Prior experience establishing DevOps functions or maturing legacy environments.
