At Fullscript, we build technology that simplifies the path to better health. Our Platform Engineering team plays a critical role in supporting that mission by building the infrastructure, tools, and systems that keep our platform running smoothly, securely, and at scale. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join this team and help us continue to deliver world-class experiences—for both our customers and our developers. From infrastructure as code to observability to CI/CD, you’ll work across the full DevOps lifecycle, with a strong focus on enabling our engineering teams to move fast and build safely. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving complex technical problems, and has a strong passion for building scalable and secure infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Work extensively with our AWS stack (ECS, RDS, etc.) to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support testing, security, and efficient code delivery.
- Provide a seamless and consistent developer experience, improving speed, security, and usability.
- Contribute to the observability and monitoring of our systems using tools like Datadog, Sentry, and Coralogix.
- Document and share deep knowledge of our infrastructure to improve long-term maintainability and support.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience working with AWS services, especially ECS and RDS.
- Strong understanding of Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex systems and workflows.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Coralogix.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm, or container orchestration tools.
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems management.
