Your Impact

  • Implement new cloud platform service features, proposing the approach to their development and qualification. 
  • Maintain compliance of shipping features with product infrastructure choices for our customer applications
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the global development process
  • Secure your features in our products, tools, and processes, contributing to their improvement as well
  • Service the first tier of all customer inquiries, including Network Operations Center responses

What You Bring

  • Hands-on involvement in complex cloud-native products with high-scalability / high-availability requirements
  • Experience managing secure multi-region Azure/AWS cloud environments
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
  • End to end management of Kubernetes deployments using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
  • Managing and monitoring containerized microservices that run on Kubernetes
  • Packaging and deploying microservices using Docker, Helm charts, and GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience monitoring, managing, and administering databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Collaborating with team members through modern cloud development and collaboration tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab or Jenkins), Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Docker.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and networking fundamentals
  • Minimum years of work experience: 5-7 years of experience or some relevant work experience
  • Experience using and administrating Logstash, and Kibana
  • Experience with modern monitoring and metric collection tools, either self-hosted such as Prometheus, Grafan Locki hosted such as Datadog
  • Experience working in security-regulated environments (PCI, SOX, etc.)
  • Developed infrastructure or applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with automotive, voice or multimodal applications
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to develop feature leadership
  • Able to quickly establish credibility with peers and teammates
  • Willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines when necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a geographically distributed team environment
  • Creative, self-motivated, and bearing a positive attitude and a strong desire for continued personal growth
