About the Role:

At Gradient AI customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking for a DevOps and Machine Learning Ops Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. You will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.
How you will make an impact:
- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
- Designing, automating and improving development and release processes
- Developing, updating and managing Infrastructure as Code
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates
- Collaborating with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Mapping out projects and being involved in project management decisions
Skills needed to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability working with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, or similar
- Comfortable working with Kubernetes and ECS
- Experience with Amazon Web Services infrastructure management
- Strong understanding of application and environment security
- Proficient in scripting to automate recurring tasks
- Experience managing a Business Intelligence Service like Tableau
Nice to Have:
- AWS Professional DevOps Engineer certification
- Knowledge or experience developing and maintaining Machine Learning Operations
