ITAccelerate is working with our client, a leading environmental and industrial measurement company, to help build their team of highly intelligent and capable engineers. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, who will work alongside a team of software engineers throughout all development stages of each project. Based in Cebu City, Philippines, or San Jose, Costa Rica, this is a key role within our customer’s engineering team, requiring great ability to collaborate with all employees and levels of management. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your client-side teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
• 5-7 years of web development in high paced setting
• Expert understanding of AWS and other cloud providers
• Understanding of bash, python, perl, ruby
• Proficient in different programming languages
• Strong English communication skills – verbal and written testing required
• Client and ITAccelerate cultural integration required – we like to have fun but work hard!

Bonus Qualifications to Set You Apart

• C++ experience
• Development experience using JavaScript
• Previous experience with a configuration management
• Experience with gmake, CMake, TI compiler, MSBuild 
• Experience with InstallShield
