We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the banking industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and regulated, production-grade environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Support and monitor production environments, ensuring high reliability and performance.
- Handle incident management and lead root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to and enforce DevOps best practices and standards.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently in regulated environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling.
- Experience with Amazon Connect.
- Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, e.g., Salesforce.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
