Senior DevOps Engineer - Youtopia, Remote (U.S.)
Position Overview: Youtopia, a Colorado-based startup, is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer for a 6-month consulting contract to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in implementing and enhancing our engineering capabilities to support our innovative health optimization solutions. You will work closely with the Engineering Leadership to help us build out and standardize Azure DevOps pipelines and consolidate Azure features and services.

Who You Are:

You have passed some or all of the following Azure exams:

• AZ-400
• AZ-305

You have deep exposure to all or some of the following:

• Bicep / ARM Deployments
• Azure Networking
• Azure CLI / Powershell
• Azure Container Environments or Azure Kubernetes
• Azure App Insights and Log Analytics
• Azure DevOps as a build administrator
• Yaml

Additionally, you have been responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines from scratch and are willing and able to self-organize.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and modernize Azure DevOps pipelines using Bicep Templates and existing samples
• Give guidance and suggestions for Azure service consolidation, particularly around Azure Networking features (VNets, Private Link, etc)
• Contribute to standardizing our deployment templates across a myriad of projects and pipelines
• Lightly modify C# projects where necessary for configuration-related items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Applied Computer Science or commensurate industry experience.
• 2 years of experience in a related DevOps or SRE role.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Docker, Azure Container Environments (or AKS),  C#-based Git code repositories, continuous integration, and code deployment.

• Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S; preference will be given to candidates local to the Denver Metro
