In this key role, you’ll help shape and optimize the delivery pipeline, infrastructure, and automation practices supporting our development and production environments.
THE WORK:
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, automating the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and IT operations to guarantee smooth deployments and stable environments.
• Develop scalable and reliable platform solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Continuously identify areas for automation and process improvement, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
• Drive innovation in developer tooling and workflow automation to boost productivity and streamline operations.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer, specializing in Linux-based systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline setup, repository management, and API usage.
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration management.
• Solid scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack).
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure infrastructure.
• Experience conducting architecture assessments and implementing best practices for platform deployment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
