Responsibilities
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets product requirements and team standards.

  • Contribute to architecture and system design discussions, making sound technical decisions.

  • Break down complex technical problems into manageable parts and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.

  • Review code from other team members, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and advocate for system observability and reliability.

  • Guide junior developers through technical challenges, feedback, and mentorship.

  • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and support incident response as needed.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, practices, and performance.

  • Proactively identify long-term technical debt and advocate for improvements that benefit long-term quality and performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and development lifecycle.

  • Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience mentoring junior developers and influencing technical decisions.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and experience maintaining reliable build and deployment pipelines.

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of engineering best practices and quality-focused development workflows.

  • Attention to detail, with a track record of reliable and consistent delivery.
