The Senior Developer is responsible for supporting software application development for the Digital Systems group. They will be working closely with the Developer Manager and wider software team to design, develop, and deploy cutting edge CDE automation and Digital Twin capabilities for the Digital Systems group. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in software development and software deployment. Experience in developing and deploying project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply working knowledge to support and develop Digital Twin capabilities.
- Works with the wider BIM and GIS team to address digitization and automation requirements.
- Undertakes detailed development of user-needs, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Recommends and advises on technology opportunity and scoping of specific works packages.
- Undertakes technical development of automation works.
- Aligns and co-supports lifecycle requirement and support services/needs for automation deployment to scale.
- Install, configure, and maintain integration systems, including middleware and message brokers.
- Develop, test, and deploy integration workflows between various systems and applications.
- Support processes of integration systems for performance and reliability and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure integration systems are secure and meet compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration systems and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of integration systems and workflows.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Total 10 years of experience required.
- Full Stack Software Implementation and Deployment.
- Agile Methodology: 8+ years (required).
- Experienced at UI/UX Designs with focus on planned implementations.
- Cloud Solutions Architect with experience.
- Development of new use cases following requirements approach.
- Experience working as part of a SCRUM delivery function.
- Have experience with implementation of automation deployments into common COTS (Autodesk, Bentley).
Desired Experience:
- Experience with WebGL API.
- Experience with ProjectWise SDK or Autodesk.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful applications.
- Experience with BIM related software’s such as AutoDesk Products (Revit), Bentley Products (Project Wise), and Digital Twin software.
