Our challenge

We are looking for Lead development and optimization of the Delta One OMS platform to enhance trading efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure low-latency order management in a high-stakes equity swap environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Delta One OMS platform.
• Build and optimize trading workflows and order lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure system stability, low latency, and high-performance in a trading environment.
• Collaborate with trading, technology, and risk teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, implement new features, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements:

• Extensive OMS experience, specifically in Equities and Delta One products.
• Expertise in low-latency trading systems. - Strong understanding of capital markets.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing complex platforms.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
