Job Responsibilities:

• Fachliche Führung unseres globalen Softwareentwicklerteams im Bereich CAD/PDM
• Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg_innen an globalen Magna Standorten
• Betreuung, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer PLM-PDM Software (3DExperience)
• Aufbau von Know How im Bereich CATIA und 3DExperience
• Aktive Mitarbeit in der Softwareentwicklung: Analyse, Design, Implementierung, Testen und Wartung
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Softwaredokumentation
• Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von PLM-PDM Produktanforderungen
• Beteiligung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Softwareentwicklungsprozesse
• Laufende Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung
• Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Partnerfirmen sowie Universitäten und FHs

Wonach wir suchen:
Wir suchen eine selbstständige wie auch teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Lernbereitschaft und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein. Du überzeugst zudem durch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie durch ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten. Gelegentliche Dienstreisen gehören zur Position, daher setzen wir eine geringe Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 10 % voraus.
Deine Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Universität) in den Bereichen Informatik, KI, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mobile Computing, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, vorzugsweise im PLM-Umfeld
• Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in Angular und/oder TypeScript, Java von Vorteil
• Vertrautheit mit Windows, Datenbanken, CAD/PDM
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• KI-Kompetenz von Vorteil

Worauf du dich freuen kannst:
Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 61.600 (Masterabschluss vorausgesetzt). Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
