ISS STOXX is looking for End User Computing (EUC) Platform Engineer to join our team in Mumbai, Goregaon (East).
Overview:
Join our IT Services team as an EUC Platform Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting end-user computing solutions across ISS STOXX. You will ensure employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the tools and platforms they need to be productive. This role involves managing endpoint technologies, collaboration platforms, and workplace services, while driving automation and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra, M365, and application lifecycle management, and is passionate about delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions. This individual will lead efforts to package and deploy applications, enforce configuration baselines, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards across Windows and macOS environments. This individual also possesses a strong understanding of Microsoft Entra, how users, groups, access packages and enterprise applications all interact.
In addition to technical responsibilities, the role requires strong collaboration with global teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, providing Tier 3 support and driving continuous improvement in endpoint operations. The successful candidate is an independent thinker, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Package, update, and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and business deadlines.
Manage application lifecycle within SDLC protocols, including testing, validation, and deployment phases.
Administer and integrate management environments (Intune) with Azure AD, ensuring seamless transition and operational efficiency.
Manage Entra configurations for Enterprise Applications, including SAML and provisioning setups, access packages, users, and groups.
Manage Microsoft 365 user-facing services such as Exchange and Sharepoint
Configure and manage Device Configuration Policies, Compliance Policies, and Microsoft 365 Security Products (Defender for Endpoint, MDAV, Azure RMS).
Monitor and report on the health and compliance of the desktop environment, ensuring timely patching and remediation of vulnerabilities.
Design and maintain infrastructure for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), including Autopilot provisioning, Windows patching, and hardware specification compliance.
Architect and implement scalable endpoint management solutions for Windows and macOS devices.
Conduct audits to identify gaps in security and compliance and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.
Monitor performance and availability of EUC platforms, providing proactive improvements.
Document EUC standards, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to projects that enhance digital workplace capabilities.
Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with service desk teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain a business-focused approach to IT service delivery, including metrics and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in end-user computing or workplace engineering.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra Active Directory, and endpoint management.
Experience with VDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon) preferred.
Familiarity with endpoint security tools and compliance frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple) and mobile device support (iOS, Android).
Understanding of ITIL framework and structured service desk operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document procedures and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
