Workbench is looking for a talented Senior Designer to help elevate our platform and brand. In this role, you will take ownership of complex design projects, working across product design, branding, and web design to create impactful user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design user-centric solutions for Workbench’s platform, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative design solutions.
Lead branding and web design initiatives to enhance our visual identity.
Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions (a plus).
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in design roles, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, branding, and web design.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Knowledge of website builders like Wix, WordPress, and Webflow (a plus).
Familiarity with CSS or HTML (a plus but not required).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills Required
