This position conceptualizes and produces content for Freddie Mac’s In-House Creative Agency. This individual must be able to work independently and wear multiple hats to support a variety of projects.
Our Impact:Freddie Mac’s Corporate Communications & Marketing team helps employees and external audiences understand and value the mission and business of Freddie Mac. We do it by telling creative and inspiring stories about our company, our people, and the impact of our work. Our team of marketing, digital, creative and research professionals work in partnership with the PR/Media, business, and technology teams to distill complex concepts into engaging stories about how we shape and evolve the housing market.
Your Impact:Collaborate with our team of designers, Creative Directors, editors and producers in creating engaging content from conception through delivery
Support our creative team with your knowledge and insights in motion graphics to impact ongoing projects and internal initiatives
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards
Develop professional aptitude in a multidisciplinary creative in-house agency setting
Help our audiences connect with the mission driven work we produce
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant design and conceptual experience at an ad agency or in-house creative agency
Skilled in effective, inspiring, inventive visual storytelling
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take direction and work collaboratively
Come with an understanding of the design process, workflow, organization, and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Must have a strong ability to collaborate, communicate and problem solve, including ability to access and thoughtfully apply feedback
Aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of design fundamentals are key to success in this role; we are seeking applicants that can put great stuff out there and be a part of a dynamic creative grou
Campaign concepting and development
Develop, define, and maintain brand standards throughout the organization
Video storyboarding and art direction

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $82,000 - $122,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
