Job requirements
- About the Role: We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior Designer with 4–6 years of experience to lead design efforts across digital products, platforms, or brand touchpoints. In this role, you'll take ownership of key initiatives, contribute to the overall design strategy, and bring thoughtful, user-centered solutions to life. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft experiences that are not only functional but beautiful and meaningful. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end design process for assigned projects — from research and ideation to execution and delivery. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with product goals and user needs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers to define problems and co-create solutions. Present and articulate design decisions clearly to both design peers and non-design stakeholders. Contribute to and help evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility. Work with user research teams or independently gather insights to inform design direction. Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. Support and mentor junior designers through feedback, reviews, and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and new tools to continuously raise the bar. Required Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI, product, or visual design with a proven track record of shipped work. A strong portfolio that demonstrates clear design thinking, user-focused solutions, and attention to visual and interaction details. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction patterns. Experience working in cross-functional teams, with an ability to balance user needs and business goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience working on SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise digital products. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or working closely with developers. Exposure to user research practices, usability testing, or data-driven design. Contribution to design systems or scalable component libraries. Experience in design for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
