About our Design Team

Our mission is to set the industry standard for designing digital assets along the ecommerce customer experience journey. Our Design Team is looking for a Senior Designer (f/m/d) with background in visual design, experience in coding, and interest in artificial intelligence (AI).

This role focuses on optimizing creative workflows, developing innovative solutions, and leveraging technology to enhance design processes and user experiences. The ideal designer will have a "developer approach” and be adept at problem-solving, process optimization, and workflow automation. 

• You have a deep technical understanding of media creation and leverage tools like automation software, AI, and scripts to streamline workflows and enhance creative outputs 
• You do workflow automation, applying coding skills to optimize creative workflows, improve design efficiency, and eliminate repetitive tasks 
• You develop and integrate APIs, connecting various tools and systems to ensure seamless functionality across platforms 
• You apply creative problem-solving, using technological solutions to address design challenges, enhancing both output quality and productivity 
• You use AI tools and platforms, integrating them into design processes to automate tasks, enhance efficiency, and personalize user experiences 
• You conduct research and development, staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and experimenting with tools and methods to drive innovation 

• You have a strong sense of curiosity, an awareness of knowledge gaps, and the ability to effectively research and learn to address them 
• You possess design expertise, with a good foundation in visual design, including typography, layout, and conceptual design 
• You have programming skills, with experience in Python (preferred) or similar languages for workflow automation, process optimization, and API integration 
• You are familiar with AI concepts, tools, and platforms that support design and creative technologies 
• You bring a problem-solving mindset, identifying inefficiencies and creating technical solutions to address them 
• You have an educational background in Design, Design Informatics, Media Informatics, Digital Design, or Creative Technologies
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
