CBA, a leading London-based branding and design agency, is searching for a Senior Designer to join our collaborative team. We partner with prestigious clients like Pernod Ricard, Unilever, Nestlé, and BAT, crafting compelling visual identities, packaging, brand activations, and campaigns that resonate on a global scale.
In this role, you will
- Lead the design and execution of impactful brand experiences across various touchpoints.
- Translate strategic direction and client briefs into innovative design solutions.
- Develop and present captivating creative concepts to clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
You are a perfect fit if you have
- Experience as a creative designer in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across branding, packaging, and brand activation projects.
- Experience working with clients across multiple categories, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- A solid understanding of omnichannel brand experiences and how to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- A positive and collaborative approach, inspiring and motivating those around you.
- The ability to elevate briefs creatively, exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bonus points for
- Multi-disciplinary design skills (digital design, motion graphics, illustration).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Experience collaborating with video editors, photographers, 3D artists, etc.
- A strong understanding of production processes and print/digital specifications.
