What Will Your Role Be

Our global flagship consumer brand Spreadshirt is planning to strongly expand its business with a new exceptional customer experience. With the mission to unlock the full potential of our extensive design database of over 10 million graphics, we are seeking a talented Senior Design Curation Manager (f/m/d) who enjoys creating tailored product collections that inspire and engage. 

This is a role at the heart of our on-page experience which will also massively impact our brand appearance. You will work in a highly international working environment – directly collaborating with diverse teams incl. Design Supply, Social Media Marketing, CRM and Country teams. 

What You´ll Do 

  • Conceptualize themed product collections (e.g. “vintage t-shirts”, “hot on social”, “seen in Berlin”, and more) as curational teasers for our opage visitors
  • Constantly assess consumer demand on popular and trending topics for fashion & lifestyle products – by market monitoring (incl. social listening) as well as by analyzing visitor’s search behavior 
  • Research our internal design database to handpick graphics that reflect current trends, seasonal interests, and popular culture. 
  • Identity qualitative and topic-related gaps in our graphic database and formulate design requests to our inhouse design supply team. 
  • Track onpage performance (mCVR, page views etc.) of curation activities through analytics tools 
  • Support and consult other teams (social media team, e-mail marketing, country teams etc.) with themed shortlists of graphics or the curation of landing pages 

What You´ll Bring

  • Relevant working experience in a curational or visual merchandising role, ideally in an online retail environment 
  • Educational or professional background in design and/or fashion trends is a great plus 
  • Strong visual aesthetics with the ability to identify and predict design trends that appeal to different consumer groups. 
  • Experience in copywriting, trend research, and in using social listening tools is a plus 
  • Skilled in combining structured thinking with intuitive creativity to develop impactful conceptions 
  • Data-driven and comfortable analyzing performance to optimize strategies and results 
  • Ability to communicate with graphic designers at eye levels regarding design wishes and requests 
  • Comfort with content management systems and basic web design to manage the online presentation of collections.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, additional language(s) a plus
