Who You Are

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is a key Go-To-Market team member, partnering with Sales and the Partnership team to strategize, create, and launch demand generation campaigns driving MQLs, SROs, pipeline, and bookings for new business, growth, and partner opportunities. Programs will include individual responsibility for email campaigns, webinars, and events as well as partnering with senior digital program leadership to implement digital programs that build on those demand generation programs to expand conversions and results. This position will also lead ABM initiatives, especially tied to new product launches. The Senior Demand Generation Manager must be extremely data driven, making decisions based on metrics, previous successes, and demand generation goals.


What You Will Do and How You Will Succeed

- Plan strategies and tactics for new business and expansion campaigns to support all Formstack solutions / sales channels including new product launches

- Execute multi-touch campaigns including management / creation of lists, copy, messaging, visuals, CTAs, metrics, and results

- Create and manage all nurture campaigns

- Manage the overall campaign performance of demand generation initiatives

- Analyze demand generation data to elevate and improve demand generation programs, driving stronger results

- Create content for and manage demand generation webinar programs

- Work closely with teams from partnerships and sales to ensure appropriate full-funnel follow through driving MQLs, SROs, and pipeline

- Execute ABM strategies for new business, customer expansion, and retention

- Coordinate with other marketing teams for execution, including the crafting of messaging, etc.

- Work with Sales and Partnership leadership to create effective cadences and sequences tied to existing marketing campaigns to improve pipeline

- Work with website team to make sure customer journey through the website is optimized driving more MQLs

- Work with digital marketing to make sure social media, paid, and organic search campaigns are in place to elevate all demand generation activities


What We Are Looking For

- 7+ years in B2B marketing 

- Proficient understanding of list management, CRM, and marketing automation (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, SFDC, Inflection, and other marketing automation and analytics tools)

- Knowledge of digital and non-digital tactics to build a multi-tactical marketing programs

- Proven experience partnering successfully with sales and customer experience teams in a channel-driven environment

- A metrics-driven mindset and strong analytical skills to gather business/user insights, apply learnings and drive meaningful action as relates to achieving business goals and metrics

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

- Ability to lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions

- Lead external agencies and vendors as well as work with internal teams

- Possess extensive project management skills; running from inception to post-event reporting (running in conjunction with Marketing Operations team)

- Experience with managing and balancing budget allocation and reconciliation


Bonus Points

- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred

- Security, cloud, or SaaS experience highly preferred

- Experience with ABM (account-based marketing)


Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 USD
