Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Program Manager to help drive execution at a fast-moving startup.

At Quanta, priorities move quickly, expectations are high, and delivery is everything. You’ll lead critical programs end-to-end — and when needed, you’ll roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever the business needs support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of cross-functional programs across business, operations, compliance, and technology. Ex. new client onboarding, new product or channel launch, creative and workflow updates, etc.
  • Drive execution in a startup environment where timelines are short and priorities evolve fast
  • Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks — without overcomplicating things
  • Partner with leadership to align scope, urgency, and successful outcomes
  • Facilitate tight communication loops across teams to ensure nothing stalls
  • Identify roadblocks early, solve problems fast, and keep momentum moving forward
  • Pitch in beyond program management when needed — because startups require doers, not just coordinators
  • Ensure delivery meets financial services regulatory, operational, and customer-impact standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience delivering complex programs or large-scale initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry like financial services (fintech, banking, credit, lending, payments, servicing, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
  • Comfortable operating with incomplete information and still driving clarity and execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management — you can align strong opinions without slowing down
  • A hands-on mindset: you don’t just manage the plan, you help make the work happen

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar certifications
  • Experience in customer engagement, servicing platforms, lending, collections, or digital communication strategies
  • Background in operational transformation or scaling delivery practices
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Confluence, or MS Project
