Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product roadmap for the Solana-native RWA DeFi offering, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Organize around the needs of your users and stakeholders, such as onchain investors, DeFi partners, and RWA issuers
- Own product decisions and outcomes, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day delivery
- Collaborate with R3 Product and Engineering to make your roadmap a reality. Ensure that the full R3 Labs organization understands and is bought in on your vision and execution plan
- Lead engagement with DeFi projects and protocols to build integrations, partnerships, and liquidity pipelines
- Translate complex asset structures and compliance requirements into simple, composable onchain primitives
- Represent R3 externally in the DeFi community, shaping narratives and collecting feedback
- Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on product design and go-to-market
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DeFi, ideally with a track record of designing and launching or deeply integrating a DeFi product
- Deep understanding of DeFi strategies, mechanics, and tokenomics
- Strong working knowledge of Solana and familiarity with its DeFi ecosystem (or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly)
- Familiarity with financial products is highly preferred: debt, equity, private credit, collateral management
- Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape for tokenized assets
- Proven ability to form partnerships and drive ecosystem collaboration
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making clear decisions, and owning outcomes
- Active presence in the crypto community (preferably Crypto Twitter native, not a tourist)
- Excellent communicator who can engage technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders alike
- Honest, flexible, and collaborative mindset. You think like a builder, not a bureaucrat
