Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. Responsibilities
- Work backward from customer and business needs to design application architecture and provide tailored product solutions.
- Devise and recommend database solutions based on requirements, leading the implementation of TencentDB products with a focus on operations, cost efficiency, and process optimization.
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
- Customize industry-specific solutions to enhance the influence and applicability of TencentDB based on the unique attributes of each customer's industry.
Requirements:
- Strong technical and customer-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to accurately identify and address customers’ needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to independently craft compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of TencentDB solutions to potential customers.
- Ability to dive deep into customers’ stated and unstated needs and issues, and to develop comprehensive recommendations or proposals based on customer requirements and the advantages of TencentDB.
- 3+ years of experience in development, implementation, or operations with Relational and/or Non-Relational Databases.
- Knowledge in at least one of the following: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
