Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Senior Data Strategic, you will develop the data environment within SCF, participating in the active analysis of business data, understanding it, knowing it and proactively contributing different points of view to the resolution of problems related to the company's data strategy.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Sales oriented and link between the business and technical side.
- Agile methodologists in project and team management.
- Innovation, creativity and time optimization.
- Participate in the definition of the company's data strategy.
- Analytics.
EXPERIENCE
- Financial data management, exploitation and analysis
- Analyst in the area of profitability and strategic decisions.
- Data management and analysis. Requirement taking, elaboration and reporting.
- Definition of activity monitoring and analysis scorecards
- Knowledge of the consumer finance sector.
- Detection of opportunities for the creation of predictive models
- Experience working with international teams
EDUCATION
- Engineering/ Statistics /Mathematics/Economics
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Communication skills
- Proactivity in Information analysis, business statistics and predictions from data analysis
- Ability to work in Cloud (AWS) and no cloud Environment.
- TeamWork
- Strategic Vision.
- English, spoken and written
