Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver real, business-impacting solutions
• Building and maintaining robust backend services and APIs (using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, etc.) to serve machine learning and generative AI capabilities at scale
• Developing and maintaining batch and streaming Spark jobs for large-scale behavioral data processing
• Designing and building LLM-powered systems (e.g. RAG, agents, MCP) that align quickly with emerging trends and deliver real product value
• Leading or contributing to end-to-end machine learning projects, including problem definition, model development, deployment, and post-production monitoring

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 4+ years of professional experience in developing and operationalizing data science and machine learning solutions
• Expert-level Python skills with a strong track record in building and scaling production-grade APIs and backend systems using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
• Strong background in big data processing with Apache Spark and Kafka, combined with hands-on experience in relational and non-relational databases such as Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse
• Familiarity with LLM-based architectures (e.g., RAG, LangChain agents, MCP-style pipelines) and integrating them into end-user solutions
• Hands-on experience with ML Pipeline, model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, and production monitoring
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable ML/AI workloads
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor to streamline and accelerate engineering workflows
• Business-minded and analytical, with strong collaboration skills and a high-ownership, fast-adapting startup mindset
