We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and help transform raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with machine learning models, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to support business objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Perform data cleaning, processing, and transformation to ensure accuracy.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Design and optimize A/B testing strategies to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest AI, ML, and big data trends to drive innovation.

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with ML models, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.
• Background in e-commerce, healthcare, finance, or similar data-heavy industries.
