We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing AI and Data Science team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges and create scalable solutions that deliver measurable value. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, engineers, and technical experts to drive innovation and support critical operational decisions across our global operations.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities where AI can generate meaningful business impact. You will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions, helping transform data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions that address real-world operational challenges.

  • Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and data-driven decision making.

  • Building predictive models, optimization solutions, anomaly detection tools, and generative AI applications.

  • Leading projects throughout the entire analytics lifecycle, from problem definition and solution design to implementation and ongoing monitoring.

  • Evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending innovative approaches that enhance business outcomes.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

  • Applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to improve operational performance and reliability.

  • Supporting best practices for model governance, deployment, and lifecycle management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.

  • Proven experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.

  • Experience managing analytics initiatives from concept through implementation.

  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

  • Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure.

  • Expertise in machine learning, forecasting, statistical modeling, optimization, and data-driven problem solving.
