As a Senior Data Science Manager, you will leverage your expertise in data science and leadership to drive impactful projects to create the most relevant product in the Sportsbook industry. Our Sports Intelligence team plays a critical role in developing solutions that power our platform and drive our business forward.
What you'll do as a Senior Data Science Manager
- Set clear, strategic goals and expectations for the team, ensuring strong alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and applications, driving innovation.
- Provide frequent, actionable feedback and recognition, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning solutions across the organization.
- Integrate user behavior data into the content engine to optimize and personalize user engagement.
- Innovate and experiment with new data-driven approaches to content generation and user engagement.
What you'll bring
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong leadership and strategic communication skills to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities to lead complex projects and initiatives.
- Expertise in monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing the performance of deployed models and applications.
- Experience with personalization algorithms and techniques, and a strong understanding of their application in content delivery.
- Familiarity with user behavior analysis and its integration into content and product strategies.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in machine learning or data science, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $187,200.00 - $280,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
