Senior Data & Power BI Developer

We're looking for a Senior Data & Power BI Developer who is passionate about delivering data solutions, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings both technical depth and business insight to the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in a Lakehouse architecture
• Create insightful Power BI dashboards using DAX and optimized data models
• Manage and maintain deployments via Power BI Service
• Apply CI/CD practices in Azure environments to streamline releases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Support, coach, and mentor junior developers within the team

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development
• Minimum a BSc in Computer Science, BSc Data Science or any relevant qualification
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions, preferably on Azure
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Power BI Service
• Expertise in T-SQL, DAX, and Power BI
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps practices
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both French and English is required
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring team members

Technology Stack:

• Must-have: Power BI, T-SQL, DAX, Azure Data Factory
• Nice to have: Databricks, Azure Logic Apps, Notebooks, Python, Git, Azure DevOps
