Supports and optimizes ETL processes and data
lake environments to ensure reliable data integration, processing, and
analytics capabilities. Focuses on resolving complex technical issues, maintaining
data pipeline performance, and supporting cloud-based data platforms.
- Provide advanced technical
support by analyzing and troubleshooting complex incidents related to ETL
processes and data lake operations.
- Perform root cause analysis
for escalated issues and implement solutions to address technical or security
challenges in cloud environments.
- Support and maintain data
pipelines ensuring seamless data integration and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data movement across platforms.
- Monitor and maintain
cloud-based data infrastructure including analytics and database platforms.
- Maintain knowledge base
documentation and operational procedures.
- Support onboarding and
training of new team members on ETL tools and cloud analytics services.
- Resolve complex support
tickets in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to high levels of
customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of ETL
processes and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience working with data
lakes and large-scale data processing environments.
- Knowledge of AWS core
services including AWS RDS and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with database

- Experience with at least one
scripting language.

- Bachelor’s degree in
