Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

The Action
As a Senior Data & Insights Specialist at GoSpooky, you’ll be at the core of shaping our data-driven strategies. You will spearhead automation efforts, ensure the accuracy of data collection across clients, and transform numbers into actionable insights that guide our social strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a knack for analytics, and is eager to elevate the impact of data in social media marketing.
What you'll do
- Automate Reporting Processes: Define and manage the overall data approach implement to ensure our reporting process is automated across clients, platforms and tools.
- Ensure Data Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for data governance to ensure accurate and reliable data collection across all client accounts.
- Collaborate on Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing reports with actionable insights that drive social strategy.
- Utilize Advanced Analytics: Leverage tools like Google Data Studio (or similar) to manage and share dashboards that make data accessible and impactful.
- Identify Trends: Analyze campaign performance to uncover trends and optimize results for maximum impact.
- Share Knowledge: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and expertise within the data and insights domain.
Who you are
- Have 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights, with strong experience in a social media or marketing environment.
- A data-driven thinker with strong knowledge of social campaign performance metrics, particularly on TikTok and Meta platforms.
- Proficient in tools like Google Data Studio, Google Sheets (including advanced formulas and pivot tables), and other analytics software.
- Experience with Social Media platforms is a strict requirement.
- Skilled in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and creating comprehensive reporting decks.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering results.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a nice-to-have but not required).
